Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping address, email, the items you bought and the order total. Stripe collects your payment details. We receive only the payment status and the last 4 digits of your card.
- Email list: your email, only if you opt in.
- Site analytics: none. The site loads no analytics or tracking scripts. If that changes, we will name the service here first.
- Agent and API requests: IP address and request time, kept briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We don't log order contents or personal details in our application logs.
How we use it. We use it to fulfill and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and send marketing email only if you opted in. We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with. We share only what each service needs to do its job: Stripe (payments), Printful (printing and shipping), our hosting provider, and our email provider. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it. We keep order records, including order emails, for 2 years after the order and then delete them, unless tax or accounting law requires us to keep them longer. Email list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Rate-limit data is kept for no more than 30 days.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing email, by emailing contextwindow@mail.grokbot.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we won't treat you differently for using them. We respond within 45 days.
Children. The store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Security. Payments go through Stripe's hosted checkout. Our secret keys are stored in our host's secret store, every connection uses HTTPS, and every order is checked against our catalog on the server.
Changes. We'll post any updates here with a new effective date.
